How to Replace Bulbs on Eggcrate Displays

1. Remove and unplug Molex connector from suspect digit.
2. Unscrew the four screws that hold the polyurethane foam mask in place (see Figure 1).
3. Remove the mask. You should have a matrix of bulbs exposed (see Figure 2).
4. Remove the suspect bulb and replace it with a new #1820 bulb (see Figure 3).
5. Replace the mask, align the screw holes, and screw in the four screws.
6. Plug the Molex connector into the back and replace digit.
